H1N1 Swine Flu Vaccine Follow-up

Check out my lastest at www.yetmo.com/H1N1.htm.

At last, some information about why vaccines have not arrived as promised.

What'd'ya think?

  1. Four months is not long considering how much has to happen. Step 1: isolate the virus. Step 2: figure out the right level of killed or weakened live virus needed to make an adequate immune response. Step 3: estimate how much vaccine is actually needed. Step 4: etc, etc. Usually manufacturers have 9-12 months to prepare. This is a biological situation, not a factory.

That said, I am frustrated with the delay. I want to immunize my kids ASAP. In the meantime, I'll get them immunized for seasonal flu.
